Parents:
We believe in the importance of partnering with parents in this dynamic stage of child development in the training and equipping of their children and their individual gifts. Parents can be involved in the school in many ways.

*Parent volunteers: in the classroom helping with special projects.

*Open days: once a term when parents can visit the class throughout the day.

*Field Trips: Parents are invited to join these extra learning experiences.

*Parent Group: each term parents can join a coffee morning where we look at a series on parenting issues. This is an opportunity for parents to meet and learn together. Topics include: Boundaries with Kids, Raising Great Kids, The STEP programme. (System Training For Effective Parenting).

*Parent Topic Evenings: Three times a year the school holds evening meetings to assist parents with issues relating to their child. Parents are expected to attend these seminars, as they are an integral part of the overall school programme.

*Parent Teacher Conferences: Held twice a year to discuss your child's progress.

*Home visits: Teachers arrange with the parents to meet the child in their home setting.

*Parent library: Parents can borrow resources from the Focus on the Family bookstand.
